I lie down with the fan blowing..
and imagine the cool, wet, snowflakes on my cheeks.
A scarf wrapped snugly around my neck, and my feet toasty warm
in boots.
Minneapolis in the winter,
It feels like I have not seen you for years.
Do me a favor. Take a detour to Vancouver. You will see chaos and confusion,
because the people here do not know how to drive in snow. Still…It would bring me so much joy.

Its the day after my “almost 22nd birthday”
Yesterday was December 1st. My birthday is January 1st. see? Almost!!!
It was a sweet party!!! Food..so much foood. Music. friends. surprise
GUITAR HERO!!
(which we played all night..and are still playing it now)
gifts. cards. hugs. happy birthday cupcakes with 22 candles somehow stuffed in there..how wonderful.
and to wake up this morning..and have my home frosted with truckloads of snow..flakes as big as my face really..
then good snowman times were had.
Yes…its a good Sunday.
